Buttons are slowly heading towards the same fate as the audio cassette as the new electronic fad is touch screen. |
Everything from mobile phones to light-switches are being converted into stylish, modern, touch-screen gadgets…
And now it seems to be the turn of speakers to get the touch-screen touch.
American speaker makers, Genius, have just developed the first set of wireless, touch screen speakers.
Users are able to adjust the volume, bass and treble using the same split finger action as developed for the Apple iPhone.
The speakers work using Bluetooth technology to link to computers, and infer-red to link to things like televisions.
Officially named the SP-T1200’s, you can grab yourself a pair for around £50.
